There are two types of energy – catabolic which is destructive and draining, and anabolic which is constructive and healthy. These two types of energy affect not only each of our cells at the metabolic level, but also how successful we are at each task we undertake.
How to be More Anabolic and Have Greater Success!

One of my favorite quotes by Henry Ford is a great example of this –
"If you think you can or you think you can’t, you’re right."
If you think you can you are being anabolic. You bring passion and action that is constructive and healthy to the task at hand. At the outset you already have a greater chance of success than if you are catabolic.
If you think you can’t you are being catabolic. You start out the project, if you undertake it at all, at a deficit. Your chance of success even before you begin is much less than when you are anabolic.
If you don’t want to do something – first examine if it truly needs to be done. If it does, then wrap your mind around WHY doing it actually helps you, if not now, then in the long run. And then CHOOSE TO do it.
Be “at choice,” and you will be more anabolic and have greater success in all you do!
